Quantum hypnosis, also known by the acronym QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a therapeutic approach developed by Dolores Cannon which explores memories to illuminate and resolve contemporary problems.

Here are the main aspects of this method:

• Sleepwalking Trance Level: QHHT aims to achieve the deepest level of hypnosis, known as sleepwalking trance. This state is usually experienced naturally just before falling asleep and just before waking up.
   

• Access memories or other dimensions: The person goes and explore either  memories or other dimensions in order to understand and resolve situations present in the current life. This can include deep issues either physical, emotional or relational.

• Contact with the Higher Consciousness: During the session, the client contact his Higher Self, also called Higher Consciousness or Subconscious (SC). This is where the answers are given, guidance and permanent relief too.
   

• Session Recording: The session is recorded so that you can listen to it again later in a quiet environment. This listening is required to hear the information and advice obtained again to be fully integrated. In addition, this listening allows you to reconnect with your Higher Self.​
